Wheat is sold to local merchants and seed houses. 50% of our wheat is producing seed wheat, multiplying stock for seed breeders, for other farmers to them buy from those seed breeders. 20% of our wheat goes to Weetabix, and 30% goes as ‘feed wheat’ for animal feed. Average yield about 11t/ha. Variety: Frieston, Graham, Motown Tonnage: 2,000 Storage: 1,500 ventilated floor
