Gallery: Vining Peas

Vining peas are all sold through a growers cooperative called Holbeach Marsh Cooperative. These are standard garden peas and petit pois peas for the frozen market. They are harvested by the co-ops pea viners, washed and frozen within 150 minutes at Kings Lynn and Boston. Average yield of about 5t/ha.
